What Pawar Fitness stands for

Pawar Fitness is not about shouting, crash diets, punishment workouts, or random exercises copied from social media. It is about structured strength, simple nutrition habits, safe progression, and a coach who understands that your fitness plan must survive office weeks, family weeks, low-energy weeks, and festival weeks.

Priyanka has trained men and women across a wide age range — from teenagers around 16 to older adults around 80. That experience matters because a good coach does not train every client like an athlete. A good coach listens first, checks movement quality, understands history, and then builds a plan that matches the person standing in front of her.

Before becoming a full-time fitness professional, Priyanka worked as a manager at Domino’s. That previous life in a demanding service environment gives her a grounded understanding of shifts, pressure, irregular meals, and the very real tiredness that many working people carry into the gym. Her coaching style is practical because her life has been practical too.

Every new client begins with a free trial session. This is not a sales gimmick. It is a chance to experience Priyanka’s coaching style, discuss your goal, understand how she corrects form, and decide whether the training relationship feels right.

During the trial, you can expect a friendly conversation about your current routine, training history, discomforts, food habits, and schedule. You may be asked to perform simple movements such as squats, hinges, pushing, pulling, carries, or core drills depending on your ability. The purpose is not to judge you. The purpose is to understand where you are starting from.

After that, you can choose a monthly, three-month, or six-month plan, paid upfront depending on the membership option you select.
