What happens after you email

Priyanka will review your details and reply with available trial slots. Once the trial is scheduled, you can come prepared in comfortable workout clothes and training shoes. Carry water, a small towel, and any medical information that may be relevant for exercise safety.

If you are nervous, that is completely normal. Many clients start with hesitation, especially if they are new to strength training. The trial session is designed to be friendly and informative, not intimidating.

Who should contact before training

Please mention clearly in your email if you have back pain, knee pain, shoulder pain, dizziness, heart-related history, diabetes, blood pressure, pregnancy, post-pregnancy recovery, recent surgery, or any doctor-advised restrictions. This does not automatically mean you cannot train. It simply helps Priyanka understand whether the session needs modifications or whether medical clearance is advisable first.

Eat a light meal or snack if your session is near your usual meal time. Avoid arriving completely empty-stomach if you tend to feel low on energy. Hydrate through the day. Wear clothes that allow movement. Most importantly, come with an open mind. You do not need to be fit before starting training; training is what helps you become fitter.
