Pricing & Membership Plans
Monthly, 3-month, and 6-month strength training membership options with a free trial session.
Pawar Fitness begins with one simple promise: you do not need to buy a plan before you understand the coaching. Every new client is invited for a free trial session with Priyanka Pawar.
The trial helps you experience her coaching style, discuss your goal, check basic movement quality, and understand what kind of plan would be realistic for you. After that, you can choose a membership plan that matches your schedule and commitment level.
Free trial session
Price: ₹0
Best for: Anyone who wants to meet Priyanka, understand the training style, and decide with confidence.
During the free trial, Priyanka may ask about your routine, injuries, food habits, fitness history, current stress level, and training preference. You may also go through a simple movement assessment. This is not a performance test. It is only a starting-point check.
To book, email [email protected] with your name, age, preferred time slot, goal, and any health concerns.
Monthly plan
Price: ₹____ per month
Payment: Paid upfront monthly
Best for: Beginners who want to start without a long commitment.
The monthly plan is useful when you are still testing your schedule, travel routine, or comfort with structured training. You get professional coaching, progression, form correction, and practical guidance without locking yourself into a longer plan.
This option works well for a working woman who wants to restart fitness after a break, someone who has never trained with weights before, or a client who wants to first build consistency.
3-month plan
Price: ₹____ for 3 months
Payment: Paid upfront
Best for: Clients who want visible habit change and measurable strength progress.
Three months is usually a meaningful window for strength training because the body gets time to learn movements, improve coordination, and begin progressing in load or repetitions. It is also long enough to build a routine around work, family, food, sleep, and recovery.
This plan is ideal if you want to move beyond “starting” and actually create a sustainable rhythm. Priyanka can help structure your sessions, track progression, and adjust training when work or energy fluctuates.
6-month plan
Price: ₹____ for 6 months
Payment: Paid upfront
Best for: Clients who want a serious transformation in strength, confidence, and lifestyle.
Six months gives enough time to build a base, improve technique, gradually increase strength, refine nutrition habits, and create a much stronger identity around fitness. This option is especially useful for women who have specific goals such as fat loss, muscle tone, better posture, pain-free movement, or long-term strength.
A longer commitment also reduces the pressure to chase quick results. Training becomes calmer, smarter, and more consistent.
